Each Wrap and Joy item is lovingly made to order, which means we’re unable to accept returns, offer refunds, or cancel orders once they have been placed.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase, so if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us at contact@wrapandjoy.com within 14 days of delivery, including a photo of the issue. We’ll do our very best to put things right as quickly as possible.

Processing & Shipping
Thank you for supporting Wrap and Joy! Each print and greeting card is carefully prepared to order, ensuring it arrives beautifully packaged and ready to enjoy.
Please allow 2–4 working days for your order to be printed, packed, and dispatched. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available. Please remember to check your junk or spam folder if you haven't received your confirmation.
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. While we'll do our best to help, we can't guarantee changes once your order has entered production.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
