Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting Wrap and Joy! Each print and greeting card is carefully prepared to order, ensuring it arrives beautifully packaged and ready to enjoy.

Please allow 2–4 working days for your order to be printed, packed, and dispatched. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available. Please remember to check your junk or spam folder if you haven't received your confirmation.

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. While we'll do our best to help, we can't guarantee changes once your order has entered production.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Estimated Shipping Times:

UK: 3–5 working days after dispatch

Europe: 5–10 working days after dispatch

USA & Canada: 7–14 working days after dispatch

Rest of the World: 7–21 working days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary, particularly during busy periods such as Christmas, seasonal sales, or postal disruptions.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs charges, import duties, or local taxes that may apply.
