Wrap and Joy is an independent UK-based business creating and selling original artwork, prints, homeware, stationery and gifts.

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, and due to the handmade or printed nature of some products, minor variations may occur.

All product descriptions, prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Acceptance of your order takes place when your items are dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, pricing information is incorrect, or fraudulent activity is suspected.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched. We accept payment methods available through Shopify Payments and other approved payment providers.

5. Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on our website. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Wrap and Joy is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

Each Wrap and Joy item is lovingly made to order, which means we’re unable to accept returns, offer refunds, or cancel orders once they have been placed.

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, so if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us at contact@wrapandjoy.com within 14 days of delivery, including a photo of the issue. We’ll do our very best to put things right as quickly as possible.
