Each Wrap and Joy item is lovingly made to order, which means we’re unable to accept returns, offer refunds, or cancel orders once they have been placed.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase, so if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us at contact@wrapandjoy.com within 14 days of delivery, including a photo of the issue. We’ll do our very best to put things right as quickly as possible.
